| Approved for independent worship in 1813, this Society was one of the first approved in the Farmington Quarterly Meeting. The Orthodox Group was closed in 1829, a year after the split with the Hicksites. The Hicksites sided with the Progressive Separation and the business meeting ended in 1882, but worship continued for a few years. | |||||
