Organized in 1818, the congregation built a frame building with long galleries on each side in 1838.Their second organ was purchased from the Dutch Reformed Church in Fair Haven. It took 27 members to move it to Red Creek. In 1948 they built a basement with a kitchen, Sunday School rooms, lavatories and a heater. Then they jacked up the church, moved it over the basement, and set it down.
