Description:
1828 building 34' x 44' and cost $2000.
1859 building 36' x 52' x 20' high.
1913 addition tripled the size of the sanctuary. In 1965 the older part of the sanctuary and balcony were converted to Sunday School Rooms.

Historic narrative:
Organized in 1816, the congregation built a brick church a quarter mile south of the village in 1828 for $2000. Called the Brick
meeting house, it was demolished 1859 and the bricks used in new building which was completed in 1866. In 1913 a new sanctuary was built and new stained glass windows were installed.
