Organized in 1854, a cobblestone building was erected on the north side of Ridge Road in 1852. (It is now gone.) In 1890 a frame church was built on the south side of Ridge Road. It was dedicated 10 Feb 1891. The basement was finished and a bell hung in the steeple in 1896. The church split in 1996 with some going to the Williamson Reformed Church, some forming a new church and some remaining in the new Christian Community Church.
