N. side Pearsall Road, off Rt. 21

Located back from road on first left hand turn south of village of Williamson, off Route 21. Much overgrown.

2005 Driving Directions - Rte. 21N into the limits of Williamson, and Right hand turn onto Pearsall Rd. Cemetery is behind first house on the Left. You must pass through someone's property to reach cemetery. The people are very friendly (2019) and will be glad for you to visit this cemetery.

Historic narrative:

Griffith Cooper lived almost across the street from this cemetery and was a Quaker, abolitionist and a good friend of Frederick Douglass and is buried here.
