This home was built in 1820. It is a  picture perfect Cobblestone Farmhouse on 25+ acres

BOONE HOUSE ON BUERMAN ROAD


Richard Boone has lived in this house on Buerman Road for three years. Previously the Bremans, Leurgans, and La Plurgies have lived here. The farm was once very large  several other farms having been carved from it.


STONES  The all color field and lake stones are 3-6 by 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 inches. Courses are from 4 to 5 inches high.


JOINTS-s The wavy horizontal V is 1 to 1 1/2 inches high. Vertical joints are V*s and pyramids.


MORTAR The mortar is coarse, very pebbly, and brown in color


QUOINS The sandstone quoins are irregular and untooled.


LINTELS The lintels are wooden
