Historic narrative:
Organized in 1883, the congregation built a frame church in 1884 on Gray St. After the new church was built in 1910, the old building was turned into apartments which burned in 1993. A fire on 19 April 1958 destroyed the sanctuary. During renovations the congregation met at the Grange Hall. The first service in the new sanctuary was held 17 May 1959.
