On East Palmyra Road (penned above this - N. Creek Rd.), in lot back of barns on the Henry Mitchell farm, northeast of village of Palmyra, Palmyra Township, Wayne County, N.Y.

2005 Driving Directions - Rte. 21 North from Palmyra. Make a Right hand turn onto North Creek Road after crossing over bridge. The Gideon Durfee farm is a Historic Landmark and is marked as such with Blue signs on the side of the road. The Cemetery and farm is a few miles down road on the Left. Cemetery is behind house. The owners are friendly and do the maintenance on the Cemetery. Please ask permission before entering their property out of respect.

Gideon Durfee, a Revolutionary War soldier, is buried here
