"The directions to this small cemetery are to take Route 104 to Ontario and then Knickerbocker Road for 2.8 miles north towards Lake Ontario. On the right side of the road (East side) there is an apple orchard with a grass driveway. There can be found a large tree with brush around it just off the highway and on the north side of the driveway. In this location was found three upright stones and one flat on the ground face up.

Historic narrative:

These stones are positioned east and west and have the following names.

Phebe Thatcher, Wife of Peter Thatcher, died April 30, 1866, aged 80yrs., 5mo., days (unreadable). This one is located on the far south side of the three.

Peter Thatcher, died Feb 1, 1848, aged 64 yrs., 6 mos., 18 days. This stone is in the middle.

Hull Thatcher, died July 19, 1851 aged 42 yrs., 3 mos., 19 days. This is on the north end of the row.

The last stone was tipped over, face up, and very hard to read. This stone was found between Peter and Hull. Nancy and I used tracings to read it. The best we can make out is Rebecca Thatcher, daughter, died Feb 1, 1831, 19 yrs., 10 mos., 13 days."
