Warner House - worked sandstone

Description:
Two homes on this property.  Original stone house in rear of property. Victorian home in front.
Stone house built prior to 1832 and believed to have been built in 1824. There are arches of wedge shaped stones over the windows and stone lintels below.  Special attention was paid to the corner stones. The house is currently being restored.  The windows have been remade by the current owner using wood frames and antique hand blown glass.

Historic narrative:
This home was built into the bank and originally a road approached from the north (from Ball Rd) to the intended main entry.  There are arches of wedge shaped stones over the windows and stone lintels below.  The house was constructed in 1824. Later owned by the Warner family for whom the nearby road is named.
